We have several cats/kittens
available for adoption at the haven
and many others in foster care.

TO
ADOPT AN ANIMAL |

You must:

be at least 18 years of age
-
have valid identification with your current address
-
be able to verify that you can have a pet where you
live
-
be able and willing to spend the time
and money necessary to provide training, medical treatment and
proper care for your pet

understand that the Chilliwack Animal
Safe Haven Society Inc. reserves the right to deny any adoption for
any reason

our care. Adoption services include foster care, health care (before and
after adoption), spay/neuter surgery and adoption counseling.
Foster Care*
Lifesaving help for cats who
need time or rehabilitation before they are ready to be adopted. Volunteer foster homes
nurture the animals until
they are old enough or well enough to be adopted. To volunteer as a foster
care giver,
email us. Include your name and phone number.
Health Care
Before adoption, cats get
health screening, spay/neuter surgery (or arrangements made for surgery),
standard *vaccinations and worming.
All animals that are spayed and neutered at the Safe Haven will also be
tattooed.
