Cat of the Month - Garmin
Born 2010 - Large Orange Tabby - (NM) (DSH)

Garmin arrived on June 10, 2017. Garmin came to us because he would do better in a home without kids. He is a large friendly cat who loves attention. He would be fine in a home with or without other cats.

Foster care

Our foster care is lifesaving help for cats who need time or rehabilitation before they are ready to be adopted. Volunteer foster homes nurture the animals until they are old enough or well enough to be adopted. To volunteer as a foster care giver, please contact us. To help support a foster animal, please consider our Pet Sponsorship Program.

Health care

Before adoption, cats receive health screening, spay/neuter surgery (or arrangements made for surgery), de-fleeing and de-miting, and worming. All animals that are spayed and neutered at the Safe Haven will also be tattooed.
